Willi Schaefer Graacher Domprobst Kabinett 2022

Year after year this is one of my favourite wines in the world. The Schaefer family operate a tiny winery in the village of Graach on the banks of the Mosel where they produce the purest and most delicious Rieslings.

Off dry and clocking in at a mere 7.5% abv the Domprobst Kabinett packs an incredible amount of complexity with lush Sicilian lemons, earthy spiciness and a saline edge. In the full flush of its youthful fruity phase now but will age for decades.
