A delicious collaboration between the Port of Leith distillery and Hey Palu, one of Edinburgh’s top cocktail bars. It combines Lind & Lime gin, strawberry vermouth and bianco bitter; producing a drink that’s both sweet and bitter in a perfect balance.

Best served over ice with a slice of strawberry.
