Vallana Sparkling Nebbiolo

A classic method fizz made from a 100% Nebbiolo grapes harvested in 2015. Disgorged nearly 10 years later in 2024, the wine is coming in an extremely pretty dark pink colour with wonderful flavours and the textbook Nebbiolo characteristics. Delicate red fruit and floral notes, dry palate, a really fun Italian sparkling rosé to bring to a party.
