Valdespino “Inocente” Fino

A cut above your average Fino Sherry. The grapes for the Inocente come from the single high altitude vineyard Macharnudo Alto, renowned for its pure Albariza soils which are perfect for the Palomino grapes. The wine is aged in a large solera system for an average of about 10 years leading to extra richness and complexity.

The nose is classically Fino with aromas of salted almonds, dried hay and light citrus fruity notes. It’s bone dry and very mineral on the palate, full bodied and rich with lemon peel, olives and a growing saltiness.
