Ximenez Spinola Delicado

The winery is fully dedicated to the production of one single grape variety, Pedro Ximenez. Traditionally know to produce Sherry, the Casa Ximenez Spinola has been producing some fantastic table wines, including this delicious dessert wine. Deep golden colour, the palate is delicate and balanced, with dried, almost candied fruit aromas, fresh notes of pear, and a light acidity.
