The Liberator Ep 41 Oppi Solder

A fabulous Viognier straw wine from South Africa. Harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes were then carefully dried on straw mats for a few weeks to enhance the sugar and acidity levels. Well-balanced dessert wine with bright caramel notes.
