The Foundry Roussanne

Fantastic rich and textured Roussanne sourced from the very few vineyards planting it in South Africa. The wine is matured 10 months on lees in large oak barrels and 25% fermented in clay amphoras. The result is round and creamy, with delicate floral and fruity notes followed by nutty aromas.
