Sattlerhof Gamlitz Sauvignon

The Sudsteiermark, down in the south of Austria near the Slovenian border grows Sauvignon to rival the best of Sancerre. This lovely organic example from one of the region’s top wineries is elegant and fresh with a stony minerality and subtle aromas of fresh herbs and citrus.

Perfect with white fish, smoked salmon and oysters.
