Saragat Vermentino

Vermentino is a fantastic grape variety and everybody should be drinking more of it. This would be a good place to start.

It has fragrant aromas of fresh, juicy peaches, lychee and rosemary. The palate is elegant and savoury with great structure and balance carying through a long finish. It's hugely food friendly and would work beautifully with fried fish dishes, fresh green vegetables or gnocchi with pesto.
