Quinta de Cidrô Pinot Noir

A powerful and elegant Pinot Noir from a high altitude vineyard in the Douro Valley, aged 12 months in used French oak barriques. The grapes are harvested by hand, with half of the grapes de-stemmed and crushed while the rest are left to ferment in whole cluster. The result is complex, with a wonderful soft palate, delicate cherry flavours and gentle vanilla and oak notes.
