Pruno Ribera del Duero

Has a nose of cranberry/raspberry with notes of toffee from French oak ageing. The fruit-driven palate is complemented by notes of liquorice, with well-integrated tannins and a juicy finish. Unusually for Ribera del Douro, this has a dash of cabernet sauvignon, that lifts the aromatics and makes for a wine that is expressive and juicy whilst still young.
