Pique And Mixe Dry White

A young, unoaked blend of Picpoul and Terret - this is one of those wines that showcases the quality of thye fruit rather than the skill of the winemaker. Has very fresh aromas of blossom, acacia and hawthorn. Rich in the mid-palate with a vibrant grapefruit character, but with the steely-dry acidity that makes it an excellent partner to shellfish.
