Paul Lebrun Cuvee Jules

A truly incredible Champagne for the money. 100% Chardonnay, predominantly from the famed Cotes de Blancs with a small portion aged in oak aged barrels for complexity. After blending the wine is then aged on lees for a full 9 years before disgorgement.

Very dry, rich and complex with an extremely fine moose. The wine delivers beautiful aromas of lemon peel, nectarine and quince backed up by juicy acidity and a savoury edge with fresh almonds and toast.
