Moreau-Naudet Chablis

It’s been a struggle to find a really characterful Chablis at a vaguely sensible price but this really hits the mark. You get the razor’s edge acidity, minerality and salinity you’d expect from a good Chablis but extended maturation on fine lees shows through with a hint more ripeness and beautiful texture. This really exceeds expectations for a village Chablis.
