Kuhling-Gillot Qvinterra Riesling Feinherb

The wild yeasts used to ferment this Riesling stopped fermentation naturally, leaving a little bit of sugar left over and a slightly off-dry wine. The result is a generous and open palate with ripe peach and apple fruit balanced by spicy savoury notes and well judged acidity.
