Kos Merlot

An impressive rich wine from organically farmed vineyards in Eastern Serbia. The grapes are fermented and macerated 3 weeks before ageing 10 moths in old Serbian acacia and French oak barrels. A structured Merlot with grippy tannins, wonderful aromas of red fruits and dark cherries followed by delicate spicy notes. A fantastic wine to bring to a dinner party with roasted veggies, grilled meat and rich tomato sauce.
