Goldmine White 2024

Very excited about this stuff - a Semillon/Chenin/Chard/Viognier blend from one of the very top South African outfits. Each component aged separately for over a year in a different vessel before being blended together to make a very complex, medium - to full bodied palate of spiced orchard fruit, herbs and sea salt.

Launched as a white partner to the Chocolate Block (which I know a bunch of you are nuts about)
