Cahors, La Temperadou, Chateau Ponzac

A big, rich Malbec from the south of France which has neatly filled the Cahors-shaped gap in our shelves. Full bodied without being overblown it shines with notes of cocoa and black fruit, elegantly accompanied by a beautiful aromatic complexity.

Although there’s no certification the vineyards are farmed using organic principles with a strong push towards biodiversity and improving soil health.
