Boulevard Napoléon Grenache Gris

A stunning example of Minervois, based in the Languedoc region. This white wine, made using exclusively hand-picked Grenache Gris from old vines, is rich and supple on the palate with distinct notes of smoke and liquorice. Aged on skins for 24 hours before a light filtration, it develops in a complex and lingering finish.
