Armador Sauvignon Blanc

An organic, biodynamic Chilean Sauvignon Blanc and all a tenner. We had a big pile of this last year which flew off the shlves and we managed to get some more at the same price.

The plate is crisp, with a vibrant and persistent acidity, packed with citrus notes and aromas of gooseberry and juicy grapefruit. An excellent match for shellfish or smoked salmon.
