Adams Ingelheim Spatburgunder

A cracking Pinot Noir, or Spatburgunder, from Rheinhessen in Germany. This village level wine offers excellent value, particularly in comparison with the ever skyrocketing prices of Red Burgundy.

The vineyards are farmed according to biodynamic and regenerative principles with the wine aged for 12 months in large old oak casks. The result is a wine with lots of beautiful fresh red berry fruit up front with darker, herbal notes supporting in the background.
