Exquisite traditional German Spatlese Riesling where the sweetness, acidity and minerality are in perfect balance.

Lively, ripe citrus with plenty of smoky, slatey notes. Herbal aromes and white flowers make way for sweet peach and ripe green apple notes. Fantastic now but will develop more savoury complexity over the next ten years.
