One of our most exiting new acquisitions is this painfully on trend "Low Intervention" Sicilian white.

Cataratto, is normally a clean, neutral white, but this has depth, colour and funk to spare. No added sulphites, native yeasts, a bit of skin contact and a mere one day sitting in acacia barrels has resulted in a chewy, low-acidity, (almost) orange wine which is utterly delicious and a treat with white meats or pasta.
