Youthful, unoaked tempranillo bolstered by a dash of peppery syrah.
On the nose it is fresh and elegant with characteristic aromas of cherry and red fruits typical of this variety. Light and round on the palate with soft tannins. It's our closest thing to a house wine and it's served us really well over the last fifteen years.
