
I'm normally a bit dismissive of Prosecco, but this stuff is rather nice.
Full bodied and dry, having been produced ‘sur lie’. This process of lees ageing (resting on the yeasts) adds notes of crusty bread and white peach to this fizz.
Bottled as a frizzante, it has a delicate spritz and a rather hazy appearance.
