We have done quite a few tastings dedicated to the fantastic wines of Portugal over the years, and are looking forward to doing another one this autumn! The sheer variety of regions, microclimates, and indigenous grape varieties means there are still plenty of fascinating facts to discover about this beautiful country.
The wonderful Marta from Marta Vine, who supplies most of the wines on our Portuguese shelves, will share her love and knowledge of Portugal on Thursday 2nd of October in Little Sitzroy from 7pm. If you haven’t been before, you are in for a treat, and if you have, rest assured there will be plenty of wineries and obscure local grape varieties to discover.
Tickets are £25 per person and include lots of chat, a flight of seven glasses of wine along some light nibbles to line up your stomach. The tickets are available HERE and over the counter in both shops.
