Cabernet Franc is probably one of the most underrated grape variety, so we thought an evening chatting about this fascinating grape would make for a great wine tasting.
From its origins in the Basque country, Cabernet Franc has settled in some iconic wine regions in France before also finding a home in other famous parts of the globe, shining as a mono varietal and as part of a blend.
Through seven wines we will sample some of the best examples of Cab Franc we have been stocking in the shop over the years.
Things will start at 7pm sharp on Thursday 18th of July in Little Sitzroy, Little Fitzroy sit-in café on Easter Road.
Tickets cost £20 and are available HERE or over the counter in both shops.
For this you will get a tutored flight of seven glasses and a few nibbles to line your stomach.
