Exceptionally good cider from a tiny producer up in Aberdeenshire. Hand picked apples from old walled gardens are wild fermented, keeved for a touch of balancing sweetness and carbonated using the Champagne method for an elegant mousse.
The GR is made entirely from green apples and makes for a perfect crisp, fresh aperitif.
