If we are going to split the business into two shops, there’s no point stocking exactly the same range at the two locations. Both shops will reflect the individual tastes of the teams that work there.
To give you an idea of what to expect - each manager has knocked together a mixed case of 6 x 75cl of their favourite wine - the sort of thing we spend our own money on and that we think offers pretty decent value for money.
