A rare Southern French alternative to dry sherry, this is a blend of old vine grenache aged outdoors for up to four years before returning to the cellars for another decade in partially-filled barrels, giving it a nutty , oxidised character.
Would make a great alternative to an old oloroso and can be enjoyed with tapas, anchovies and a variety of cheeses.
